Look after your existing clients. If ever there was a ‘no brainer’ then this is it. New client acquisition is expensive. Retaining you existing clients is much less so. You want your sales efforts to go towards building your client base not replacing your lost clients.
Ensure that no individual is responsible for looking after any individual client. This way a client is less likely to fall through any gaps and be neglected. If you wouldn't be happy with the service you're giving your clients then why should they be?
