About BD23

The 1% Challenge was created by John Spencer of BD23 in order to get businesses making business improvements by involving all staff and asking them to make a 1% positive difference to each aspect of their work.

BD23's involvement with the Challenge can vary from simply providing the tools for you to run your own challenge to fully hands-on individual mentoring throughout the challenge. Typically this will be somewhere inbetween and you will call for help where and when you need it.
